Journal with me – creating a page for a journal challenge
Music. I love it. Whenever I find a song that seems to perfectly capture how I’m feeling or motivates me to move my feet or just relax – I put it on repeat. Seriously, over and over. You should see my Spotify most played list. Actually, probably not. 😂
I like to watch the process of how people create their journal pages. Mostly because it inspires me with ideas to create my own. And I love that no one’s pages are the same. We can all see the same page and be inspired, but our page will turn out different. Unique to each one. So cool.
I’ve been doing #JunkJournalJuly with @joie_de_fi @megjournals and @patricia.nordeen on Instagram and have been having so much fun. Challenging me – and helping me to learn more about myself, and just create everyday!
Yesterdays prompt was “lyrics”. So I’ve created a little video on how I created my page. I hope you enjoy watching!
