On Spring and Being at Home (plus new journals!)
Seems like all I need to say here is:
“Same stuff, different week”. Or something a little snarkier. Because, I mean, in the midst of what’s happening worldwide – I’m still here at home. My favorite antique stores are closed. I can’t get napkins or toilet paper when I go to the store (well, I finally got some toilet paper, but napkins – they are out!).
But, there is some good.
The sun has been out more lately. The temperatures are beginning to go up a little. My asparagus has started to come up in the garden.
So spring is here, and I hope that it gives you some positivity – like it does for me. I can’t wait to eat meals outside, and drink my coffee in the morning on the back patio with the sun on my face. Keep looking forward – and finding the blessings in what’s right now.
Being at home has also allowed me to get some book making done! I have 2 new spring journals that I’ve completed and I really love how they turned out. You can see a flip through of them below.
